Registered Nurse (RN) - PHP/IOP

Registered Nurse (RN) for PHP/IOP Outpatient clinic at Rogers Memorial Hospital. Responsibilities include performing professional nursing activities, completing initial assessments, documenting data for admissions, patient education, advocacy, and collaboration with health team to meet patient goals. Leads and participates in care planning, treatment plan updates, and coordination of patient care, with emphasis on safety, documentation, and compliance with hospital policies. Requires BSN preferred, RN license in state of employment, CPR certification, and training in management of aggressive patients. Schedule is full-time (40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, no weekends/holidays/on-call). Outpatient clinic support with extensive patient assessment, medication administration, and patient/family education; involvement in Performance Improvement activities and unit leadership tasks as described.
