Registered Nurse (RN) Phone Triage- OBGYN

Assess patient symptoms and needs over the phone, provide medical advice based on clinical protocols, and document interactions in the electronic health record. Coordinate with physicians and mid-level providers to ensure continuity of care, manage emergency calls, and notify patients of test results. Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently while providing patient education and monitoring follow-ups. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations including HIPAA and perform additional duties as directed by the Clinical Supervisor. This full-time role includes set hours Monday-Thursday 8:30-5:00pm and Friday 8:30-4:00pm, with a potential hybrid schedule of 2-3 days at home. Starting wage is $27-$31 per hour with quarterly bonuses.
