Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) needed to provide professional nursing care to inmate-patients at Niagara County Jail in Lockport, NY on full-time day/evening shifts. Responsibilities include monitoring and evaluating nursing care to standards, conducting sick calls, provisional diagnoses for minor illnesses, maintaining documentation for controlled substances and sharps, providing health counseling, coordinating with Health Services Administrator and Nurse Supervisor, and supporting monthly staff meetings. Requires NY RN license,能力 to perform clinical assessments, strong communication, independence, and adherence to security requirements. On-the-job orientation provided.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of New York
- Current RN license

- Experience in health care delivery system is a plus
