Job Summary
Experienced perinatal RN provides professional nursing care in obstetrics perinatal services, using the Nursing Process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care; educates patients and families on care plan and disease management; supports medical staff treatment plans; emphasizes professional development, time management, and continuous quality improvement; includes night shift (12-hour) in Aspen Valley Health; offers comprehensive benefits, including tuition assistance, housing resources, and generous PTO; emphasis on labor and delivery experience and neonatal/fetal monitoring competencies; requirement for ADN and CO RN licensure with BLS/NRP/STABLE credentials and at least 1 year of perinatal RN experience.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Colorado, or ability to obtain prior to start date
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program Advanced Provider (NRP)
- Intermediate Fetal Monitoring, Advanced Fetal Monitoring or Certification in Fetal monitoring
- The STABLE Program - STABLE Learner (STABLE)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a perinatal RN required
