Registered Nurse (RN) - Perinatal Augusta

Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions while delivering care plans with independent judgment. Collaborate with the care team to coordinate daily patient flow, prioritize actions based on needs, and maintain accurate documentation of assessments and incidents. Serve as an educational resource for patients and families, listen to concerns, and report pertinent information to providers while upholding confidentiality and safety standards. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, support shared governance through council service, and mentor other nurses. Maintain professional licenses, complete required training, and stay current with industry best practices. Work full-time night shifts, 36 hours per week, at Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center in Augusta.
