Registered Nurse (RN) - Perinatal Augusta

Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions while delivering care plans that promote short- and long-term outcomes. Coordinate daily patient flow, prioritize actions based on patient needs, and maintain accurate documentation of assessments and care changes. Serve as the frontline intermediary between patients, families, and providers by listening to concerns, educating families on health issues, and communicating pertinent information to licensed care providers. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, support shared governance through council service, and mentor other nurses through preceptorship. Maintain professional licenses, complete required training, and stay current with industry best practices. Work full-time night shifts, 36 hours per week, at Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center.
