Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions while delivering care plans with independent judgment to promote short and long-term outcomes. Collaborate with the care team to coordinate daily patient flow, maintain accurate documentation of assessments and care delivered, and serve as an educational resource for patients and families. Prioritize actions based on patient needs, listen to concerns in-depth, and report pertinent information to appropriate individuals while upholding confidentiality and safety standards. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, support shared governance through council service, and foster growth through mentorship and preceptorship. Work full-time night shifts, 36 hours per week, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus available.
