Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions while delivering care plans with independent judgment. Collaborate with the care team to coordinate daily patient flow, prioritize actions based on needs, and maintain accurate documentation of assessments and changes. Serve as a patient advocate by listening to concerns, educating families, and communicating critical information to providers while upholding confidentiality and safety standards. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, mentor colleagues, and support shared governance through council service. Work full-time night shifts (36 hours/week) at Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center, a leading integrated health system in Georgia.
