Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions while delivering care plans that promote short and long-term outcomes. Collaborate with the care team to coordinate daily patient flow, prioritize actions based on needs, and maintain accurate documentation of assessments and incidents. Listen to patient and family concerns, serve as an educational resource, and report pertinent information to appropriate individuals while upholding confidentiality. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, maintain professional licenses and certifications, and mentor other nurses through shared governance activities.
