Job Summary
Provide direct care for elder Franciscan sisters by managing multiple priorities, overseeing Nurse Aides, and assisting with resident care activities and personal needs. Distribute medication, maintain narcotic and resident records, and perform charting duties while ensuring the highest quality of support. Work unscheduled 1st shift hours (6:00 am - 2:30 pm) in a convent home near Villa Maria College campus, partnering with sisters to contribute to a warm, caring environment. Requires current RN license, accredited nursing program graduation, and two years of nursing experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state where the convent home is located
- Current license in good standing
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience preferred
- Long-term care experience preferred
