Registered Nurse (RN) - Per Diem

Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unit, perform initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments, and ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately. Interpret assessment and diagnostic data including labs and telemetry, maintain timely and accurate documentation using appropriate systems, and demonstrate competence in Rapid Response and code events. Instruct and counsel patients and families while performing other duties as assigned. Schedule includes PRN 12-hour shifts with competitive differentials for nights and weekends. Minimum requirement is 4 shifts in a 6-week period, with a $1,500 sign-on bonus.
