Job Summary
RN conducts resident assessments and reassessments, provides direct nursing care, and supervises day-to-day nursing activities performed by LPN staff. Supervises care staff to ensure compliance with state regulations and policies; monitors health, safety, and well-being of residents; assists in training and monitoring medication administration; maintains clinical quality assurance per federal/state/local standards; leads with mission-driven care and performs thorough resident assessments. Requires graduation from an accredited School of Nursing with current RN license and at least 2 years of experience in long-term care/assisted living/home health/hospital settings; familiarity with dementia care; proficient in Microsoft Office; able to lift up to 50 lbs; capable of multitasking in a per diem, in-person role.
