Job Summary
Provide high-quality RN care in per diem shifts across San Ramon, Alamo, and Berkeley clinics, including administering IV and injection therapies, patient education, and wellness guidance; maintain accurate health records and documentation; promote membership programs and treatment plans; adjust treatment plans based on patient responses; manage nursing supplies with District Manager; ensure clinic compliance and safety; train new staff; oversee Wellness Coordinator staff and deliver Five Star customer service; participate in scheduling during 8:00 AM–8:00 PM shifts; requires current BLS, RN license, BSN or nursing diploma, and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Current BLS certification required
- BSN or diploma in nursing
- Valid RN License with no sanctions, past or present
- Two years of related experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of IV Clinic procedures
- Proficient in-patient charting systems, scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, or related software
- Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of great customer service, general sales, and patient care
