Job Summary
As a Registered Nurse (RN) in a per diem role at Hydration Room, you will administer IV and injection therapies, provide patient education, and support wellness through guidance on nutrition, exercise, and preventive health measures. You’ll maintain accurate health records, promote membership programs and treatment plans, adjust patient treatment plans based on responses, manage nursing supplies with the District Manager, ensure clinic inspections compliance, maintain a safe and clean environment, oversee Wellness Coordinator staff at clinics, document patient care services, train new staff, and deliver Five Star customer service to patients. The role requires current BLS, an RN license with no sanctions, and a BSN or nursing diploma, with strong communication, clinical, and administrative skills; experience with IV procedures, charting systems, scheduling, and MS Office is preferred. The position is per diem with multiple scheduling options and shifts across several Irvine/Orange County locations in California, including on-call and mobile IV shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Current BLS certification required
- BSN or diploma in nursing
- Valid RN License with no sanctions, past or present
- Two years of related experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of IV Clinic procedures
- Proficient in-patient charting systems, scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, or related software
- Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of great customer service, general sales, and patient care
