Registered Nurse (RN) - Per Diem at Hydration Room provides IV and injection therapies, patient education, and wellness guidance across multiple CA clinic locations (Torrey Hills, Carmel Mountain Ranch, University Town Center, Solana Beach, Hillcrest, Encinitas). The role requires maintaining detailed health records, promoting membership programs and treatment plans, adjusting care plans based on patient response, managing supplies with the District Manager, ensuring clinic inspections, maintaining a clean and safe environment, supervising Wellness Coordinator staff, training new staff, and delivering five-star patient service. Core requirements include current BLS, RN license with no sanctions, and either a BSN or nursing diploma, with two years of related experience preferred. Scheduling is per diem with options to cover weekdays/weekends, and compensation is $45/hour plus tips (potentially up to $60/hour with tips). The position emphasizes flexibility, quality patient care, and adherence to company values and policies.
Required Qualifications
- Current BLS certification required
- BSN or diploma in nursing
- Valid RN License with no sanctions, past or present
- Two years of related experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of IV Clinic procedures
- Proficient in inpatient charting systems, scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, or related software
- Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of great customer service, general sales, and patient care
