Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) per diem role at Hydration Room delivering IV and injection therapies, patient education, and wellness guidance across Dana Point, Laguna Niguel, San Clemente, Rancho Santa Margarita, Ladera Ranch and Lake Forest. Core duties include maintaining accurate health records, promoting memberships and treatment plans, adjusting patient treatment plans based on responses, managing nursing supplies with the District Manager, ensuring clinic inspections and a safe, clean environment, supervising Wellness Coordinator staff, documenting patient care, training new staff, and delivering Five Star customer service. Flexible scheduling with weekday and weekend options; on-call and Mobile IV shifts may be required. Requires current BLS, RN license, and related experience; proficient with charting systems and MS Office; strong organizational and patient-care/communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Current BLS certification
- RN license with no sanctions
- Two years of related experience preferred
- BSN or diploma in nursing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of IV Clinic procedures
