Job Summary
Provide IV and injection therapies, patient education, and wellness guidance; maintain detailed health records and reports; promote membership programs and treatment plans; modify patient treatment plans based on responses; manage nursing supplies inventory with the District Manager; ensure clinic compliance and safety; oversee Wellness Coordinator staff; train new staff; deliver five-star customer service in the clinic; flexible scheduling with per diem shifts including weekday and weekend options; requires current BLS, RN license (BSN or nursing diploma), and two years of related experience; clinic locations include San Ramon, Alamo, and Berkeley with on-call/mobile shifts; pro diem compensation includes base hourly pay plus tips; per diem scheduling details provided in job description.
Required Qualifications
- Current BLS certification required
- BSN or diploma in nursing
- Valid RN License with no sanctions, past or present
- Two years of related experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of IV Clinic procedures
- Proficient in-patient charting systems, scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, or related software
