Job Summary
Provide Registered Nurse (RN) care in Hydration Room clinics, including administering IV and injection therapies, patient education, and guidance on wellness, nutrition, and preventive health. Maintain accurate, detailed health records and promote membership programs and treatment plans. Modify patient treatment plans based on responses, oversee nursing supplies and inventory, ensure clinic compliance and safety, train new staff, and supervise Wellness Coordinator staff. Deliver high-quality, Five Star customer service during scheduling and clinical encounters, while supporting on-call and mobile IV shifts and per diem scheduling options. Requires current BLS, RN license, and BSN or nursing diploma with related experience; strong communication, documentation, and patient-care skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Current BLS certification
- BSN or diploma in nursing
- Valid RN License with no sanctions, past or present
- Two years of related experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of IV Clinic procedures
- Proficient in-patient charting systems, scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, or related software
- Understanding of great customer service, general sales, and patient care
