Job Summary
Provide IV and injection therapies, patient education, and support overall wellness through guidance on nutrition, exercise, and preventive health measures. Maintain accurate health records and promote membership programs, packages, and treatment plans. Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patient responses, manage nursing supplies inventory with the District Manager, ensure clinic inspections compliance, maintain a safe and clean environment, oversee Wellness Coordinator staff, train new staff, and deliver exceptional five-star customer service in Hydration Room clinics. Flexible per diem scheduling across Venice Beach, Culver City, Santa Monica, and Brentwood with on-call/mobile IV shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Current BLS certification required
- BSN or diploma in nursing
- Valid RN license with no sanctions
- Two years of related experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of IV clinic procedures
- Proficient in patient charting systems, scheduling systems, Microsoft Office or related software
- Understanding of customer service, sales, and patient care
