Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) per diem role at Hydration Room. Responsibilities include maintaining detailed reports and health records, promoting membership programs and treatment plans, modifying patient treatment plans based on responses, coordinating with the District Manager on nursing supplies inventory, ensuring clinic inspections and compliance, maintaining a safe and clean environment, overseeing Wellness Coordinator staff, documenting patient care, training new staff, delivering Five Star Customer Service, and performing related duties. Requires current BLS, RN license, BSN or nursing diploma, and strong communication, charting, and clinical skills. Flexible scheduling across mornings, afternoons, and evenings; clinic hours 8:00 AM–8:00 PM; per diem with selectable weekday/weekend availability. Required Qualifications
- Current BLS certification required
- BSN or diploma in nursing
- Valid RN License with no sanctions, past or present
- Two years of related experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of IV Clinic procedures
- Proficient in-patient charting systems, scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, or related software
- Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of great customer service, general sales, and patient care
