Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) per diem at Hydration Room in Irvine area clinics. Responsibilities include administering IV and injection therapies, providing patient education, promoting wellness and treatment plans, maintaining accurate health records, adjusting treatment plans based on patient responses, managing nursing supplies inventory with the District Manager, ensuring clinic compliance and safety, supervising Wellness Coordinator staff, documenting patient care, training new staff, and delivering Five Star customer service. Schedule options include four weekdays and two weekend days per month or four weekend days per month. Eligible candidates hold an RN license (BSN or nursing diploma), current BLS certification, and preferably two years of related experience. Location coverage includes Irvine and surrounding Orange County clinics with occasional on-call and mobile IV shifts. Competitive hourly pay with tips (base $45/hour plus up to $15/hour in tips) and benefits such as PTO, insurance options, 401(k) for part-time and full-time, and career development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Current BLS certification
- BSN or diploma in nursing
- Valid RN License with no sanctions
- Two years of related experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of IV Clinic procedures
- Proficient in-patient charting systems, scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, or related software
- Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of great customer service, general sales, and patient care
