Job Summary
Per diem Registered Nurse (RN) needed for Hydration Room to administer IV and injection therapies, provide patient education, and support wellness through nutrition and preventive health guidance. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate health records, promoting membership programs and treatment plans, modifying patient treatment plans as indicated, managing nursing supplies in collaboration with the District Manager, ensuring clinic inspections and a safe, clean environment, overseeing Wellness Coordinator staff at clinics, documenting patient care, training new staff, delivering Five Star Customer Service, and adhering to company values and guidelines. Requires current BLS, RN license in good standing, BSN or nursing diploma, and strong communication; two years of related experience preferred. Schedule is per diem with two availability options and locations include multiple Southern California clinics and on-call/mobile shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Current BLS certification
- BSN or diploma in nursing
- Valid RN License with no sanctions, past or present
- Two years of related experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of IV Clinic procedures
- Proficient in-patient charting systems, scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, or related software
- Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of great customer service, general sales, and patient care
