Job Summary
Provide IV and injection therapies, administer nursing care, and educate patients while promoting wellness through nutrition and preventive health guidance. Maintain detailed health records, modify treatment plans based on patient responses, ensure clinic inventory and supplies, and supervise Wellness Coordinator staff. Maintain clinic compliance and a safe, clean environment; deliver high-quality patient service and training to new staff. Flexible per diem schedule with option to cover multiple San Diego-area clinics and occasional on-call/Mobile IV shifts; strong focus on patient education, care coordination, and exceptional customer service.
