Job Summary
Deliver high-quality clinical nursing care as a Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) at Hydration Room across multiple CA clinic locations. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate health records, promoting treatment plans and membership programs, adjusting patient treatment plans based on responses, overseeing nursing supplies inventory, ensuring clinic inspections/compliance, maintaining a safe and clean environment, supervising Wellness Coordinator staff, documenting patient care services, training new staff, and delivering Five Star customer service. Must have current BLS, RN license, BSN or nursing diploma, and strong communication and organizational skills; prior IV clinic procedure knowledge and proficiency with charting systems and scheduling tools are required. Schedule offers per diem options with weekday and weekend availability; base pay $45/hour plus tips (up to $15/hour) with per diem workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Current BLS certification
- BSN or nursing diploma
- Valid RN License with no sanctions
- Two years of related experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of IV clinic procedures
