Registered Nurse (RN) Per-Diem, Full-time and Part-Time (Sign On Bonus)

Registered Nurse conducts resident assessments and reassessments, provides direct nursing care, and supervises day-to-day nursing activities performed by LPN staff. Responsible for monitoring residents’ health and safety, supervising medication administration, ensuring compliance with federal/state/local standards, and maintaining clinical quality assurance. Leads and models the company’s mission while delivering high-quality service to residents. Requires RN licensure and graduation from an accredited School of Nursing; 2+ years of experience in long-term care, assisted living, home health, or hospital settings is preferred, with experience caring for residents with Alzheimer’s or related dementias. Proficiency in computer skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks are necessary, along with physical capability to perform job duties including lifting up to 50 lbs.
