Registered Nurse (RN) - Per Diem Day Shift

Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unit, perform initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments, and interpret diagnostic data including labs and telemetry. Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately while maintaining competence in Rapid Response and code events. Provide instruction and counsel to patients and families, and complete timely, accurate documentation using appropriate systems. Work per diem day shifts requiring 4-6 shifts in a 6-week period with a minimum of 12-hour shifts.
