Job Summary
Provide nursing care to hospice patients, residents, and families within their home setting, focusing on symptom management and pain control. Manage caseloads with additional compensation for visits exceeding assigned limits. Maintain knowledge of hospice concepts, philosophy, policies, and procedures while ensuring patients receive compassionate end-of-life support. This role requires a current New York State RN license with at least one year of recent hands-on experience and Basic Life Support certification. Candidates must hold a valid NY driver's license and own transportation. Shifts consist of five 8-hour days (8:30 AM to 4:30 PM) with rotating weekends. Required Qualifications
- Current New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of one year of recent hands on experience
