Job Summary
Provide nursing care to hospice patients, residents, and family within their home setting, focusing on symptom management and pain control. Apply knowledge of hospice concepts, philosophy, policies, and procedures to deliver end-of-life care. Maintain a current New York State RN license, one year of recent hands-on experience, and Basic Life Support certification. Possess a valid NY State driver's license and own transportation. Work as a per diem Registered Nurse.
