Registered Nurse RN, Per Diem - 3N Med Surg - Mannington

Provide professional nursing care through the nursing process, meeting the needs of patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team via communication, coordination, and evaluation. Comply with all policies, procedures, nursing standards of practice, and regulatory bodies. Maintain current licensure with the New Jersey State Board of Nursing and hold required American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications, including a dysrhythmia course within three months of hire. Operate in a med-surg environment with frequent patient exposure, varied temperatures, and noise. Enroll in a BSN or MSN program within six months of hire or rehire, graduating by the third employment anniversary.
