Job Summary
Provides professional nursing care through the nursing process to patients on 1 West Med Surg in Vineland, NJ. Collaborates with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary team to meet patient needs through effective communication, coordination, and evaluation. Adheres to all policies, procedures, nursing standards of practice, and regulatory requirements. Must be enrolled in a BSN or MSN program within six months of hire and graduate within three employment anniversaries; BSN/MSN graduates are preferred. Holds current New Jersey nursing licensure and BLS; ACLS and dysrhythmia coursework required within specified timelines; national certification in area of specialty preferred. Required Qualifications
- Current licensure with New Jersey State Board of Nursing as required by law.
- American Heart Association BLS required.
- American Heart Association ACLS required within 6 months of hire.
