Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) in pediatric IV therapy, PRN, located in Grovetown/Augusta area. Provide high-quality nursing services as part of the patient care team, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care; ensure safe, patient- and family-centered care; maintain accurate documentation; collaborate with providers and staff; participate in performance improvement and professional development; mentor/lead others as needed and support shared governance. Core duties include patient care coordination, advocacy and satisfaction, documentation, and contributing to care plans; maintain licensure/certifications and stay current with best practices. Qualifications include nursing licensure (RN, multi-state compact preferred), BLS (instructor or basic), and at least one year of PRN nursing experience.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred
- BLS-I - Basic Life Support - Instructor or BLS - Basic Life Support or ARC-BLS - Amer Red Cross Basic Life Support
- RN - Reg Nurse (Single State) or RN-COMPACT - RN - Multi-state Compact
- At least one year of nursing experience required for PRN
