Registered Nurse (RN) - Pediatric IV Therapy. PRN role responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care within the patient care team, coordinating care plans, ensuring patient and family-centered communication, and contributing to performance improvement initiatives. Key duties include monitoring and evaluating patient conditions, implementing and documenting care plans, ensuring safety and confidentiality, educating patients and families, and supporting shared governance and professional growth.
