Registered Nurse RN Pediatrics

Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, coordinate, and evaluate patient care while independently triaging patients in person, via telephone, and through secure messages. Apply critical thinking to deliver medical regimens and delegate selected patient care functions based on staff education and competence. Collaborate with the clinic team to improve quality of care, patient experience, and stewardship while fostering a learning environment for patients and healthcare staff. Advocate for ethical, holistic care promoting patient autonomy and dignity across diverse backgrounds. This role functions independently within the MultiCare Rockwood Clinic outpatient network, supporting a team of over 350 providers serving communities across eastern Washington, northern Idaho, and western Montana.
