Job Summary

Assess the full scope of patient needs using the nursing process and anticipate problems through multi-disciplinary collaboration. Monitor patient and family changes, resolve complaints, and engage patients in personalized, compassionate care. Coordinate with team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans while incorporating evidence-based practice. Develop and modify patient/family education programs, set patient-driven goals, and facilitate learning throughout the delivery of care. Actively pursue continuing educational opportunities to work toward a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
  • Current registration or eligibility for licensure with the State of Illinois for practice as a professional nurse
  • Current Hepatitis b vaccination
