Job Summary
Conduct on-going patient care and assessments for infants, children, and adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care. Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies while coordinating care and providing health promotion and teaching. Train family members on patient management. Work full-time and part-time shifts with flexible, predictable scheduling and full clinical support anytime day or night. Licensed as an RN in Florida with current CPR certification.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed as an Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Florida
- Current Cardiopulmonary resuscitation certification (CPR)
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Physical ability to walk, lift, bend, kneel, see, hear, and speak clearly
