Registered Nurse (RN) - Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, PICU, Part Time

Assess, diagnose, and implement individualized plans of care for infants, children, and adolescents in the PICU while monitoring patient status and modifying care as needed. Advocate for patient autonomy, ensure informed consent, and delegate elements of care to the team in accordance with policies. Mentor colleagues, precept student nurses, and contribute to quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives. Work rotating 2x12-hour shifts (7a-7p or 7p-7a) with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred and BLS/PALS certification required.
