Job Summary
Provide skilled nursing care in a home setting for medically fragile children, administering medications and treatments while performing patient assessments. Educate families and caregivers on care plans and follow established protocols. Deliver 1:1 patient care without ratios across flexible day, night, and weekend shifts. New Grad Registered Nurses are welcome to apply with paid training and hands-on SIM lab experience.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (TX)
- Current CPR certification
Desired Qualifications
- Pediatric home health experience
- Trach and/or ventilator experience
