Job Summary
Provide skilled nursing care for pediatric, memory/dementia, and complex care patients, including Trach & Vent management and airway/ventilator support. Monitor patient conditions, assist with ADLs and mobility, and administer care per physician orders. Maintain accurate clinical documentation, implement infection control protocols, and communicate effectively with the care team and families. Participate in ongoing training and skills development. Requires active Ohio RN license, minimum one year clinical experience, BLS/CPR certification, and ability to lift 50 lbs. Schedule includes morning shifts (8a-4pm) Monday through Friday and weekend mornings.
Required Qualifications
- Active Ohio RN license (unencumbered)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- TB clearance
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Up-to-date vaccinations (COVID-19, Flu, Hep B)
