Job Summary
Provide 1:1 home health care to clients across NY, with flexible scheduling and no weekend requirements. Roles include full-time or part-time shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours) and per diem options, with day and overnight shifts and weekly pay. Use Statewise electronic charting and participate in paid training and ongoing mentorship. Must hold a current, valid U.S. nursing license and have graduated from an accredited nursing program, with at least one year of nursing experience (LPN or RN). Required Qualifications
