Job Summary
Progressive Care RN provides care to hemodynamically stable/unpredictably unstable patients on a medical/surgical unit, including care for pediatric, pre/post PCI, pacemaker, revascularization, and various surgical and medical conditions. Responsible for direct patient care from admission to discharge, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, leadership/precepting duties, and discharge planning; must operate advanced medical equipment and manage invasive lines, ventilatory support, telemetry/EKG interpretation, and participate in pre-employment screenings. Certifications required or obtained within 6 months: BLS, ACLS, PALS; EPNC/TNCC preferred. On-site role in Great Falls, MT.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from a Nursing Program
- Current State of Montana RN Licensure
- BLS, ACLS, PALS certification required or obtained within 6 months of hire
