Job Summary
Administer quality nursing care to residents by implementing individual care plans and adhering to established standards and state laws. Practice recognized nursing techniques and procedures while demonstrating leadership to promote team cooperation. Assist in the administration of care within a 79-bed Skilled Nursing Facility in Inver Grove Heights, MN, as part of a family-oriented Accura HealthCare community.
Required Qualifications
- current Registered Nurse (RN) with applicable state, without restrictions, or Compact Nursing License, and/or ability to obtain a state-specific license
- Knowledgeable of nursing practices and procedures as well as the applicable state laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing functions
- Demonstrates leadership ability while promoting the spirit of cooperation with team members
- Capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation
