Job Summary
Ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors while performing comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments. Initiate plans of care as needed and supervise resident care, developing assignments in coordination with care partners to maintain accountability for resident satisfaction. Incorporate the facility's Philosophy for Person-Directed Care into daily operations. Day shifts run 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM; evening shifts run 3:45 PM to 11:15 PM. Requires current RN license and CPR certification, with senior care or sub-acute experience preferred. Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state for which applying
