Job Summary
Ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors by performing comprehensive nursing evaluations, initiating care plans, and supervising resident activities. Coordinate assignments with care partners to maintain accountability for resident care and satisfaction while actively incorporating the "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care." Day shifts run 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM, with evening shifts from 3:45 PM to 11:15 PM. Requires current RN license, CPR certification, and prior experience in senior, skilled, or post-acute care.
