Job Summary
Ensure a safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors while performing comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments. Initiate plans of care as needed and supervise resident care, developing assignments in coordination with care partners to maintain accountability. Incorporate the facility's "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care" into daily resident needs. Day shifts run 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM, with evening shifts from 3:45 PM to 11:15 PM. Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state for which applying
- Current CPR certification
