Job Summary
Ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors by performing comprehensive nursing evaluations, initiating care plans, and supervising resident care. Develop assignments in coordination with care partners while maintaining accountability for resident satisfaction and safety. Incorporate the facility's Philosophy for Person-Directed Care into daily practice to meet total nursing needs. Day shifts run 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM; evening shifts run 3:45 PM to 11:15 PM. Requires current RN license and CPR certification, with senior care or sub-acute experience preferred. Required Qualifications
