Registered Nurse |RN - Part-time/PRN

Job Summary
Provide direct patient care to residents, coordinate with nursing staff and CNAs, and participate in planning shift services and activities to ensure residents receive safe, personalized care. Administer medications, review care plans, and ensure documentation and HIPAA confidentiality. Lead and mentor nursing staff, conduct daily rounds to ensure care aligns with residents’ plans and wishes, develop positive rapport with staff, residents, families, and other departments, and participate in facility surveys. Maintain nursing records, supervise day-to-day caregiving activities, and contribute to program development and policy interpretation to support quality patient care in a senior living community.
Required Qualifications
- Senior living experience preferred
- Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
- Current, active, and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in this state
- Hands-on leader with a desire to train and mentor
- Have a passion for enhancing the lives of seniors and their families
