Job Summary
Provide skilled nursing care including medication administration, treatments, wound care, and monitoring vital signs. Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care focused on comfort, dignity, and safety. Observe, assess, and document changes in resident condition; assist with development and implementation of individualized care plans; supervise CNAs; collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations. Requires current California RN license and BLS/CPR certification; prior skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred.
