Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct nursing care and conducts resident assessments and reassessments under the Director of Health and Wellness. Supervises day-to-day nursing activities by LPN staff, trains and monitors medication administration, and maintains QA per federal/state/local standards. Requires an RN license and graduation from an accredited School of Nursing; 2 years' experience in long-term care/assisted living/home health/hospital preferred; dementia experience; proficient with Microsoft Office; physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
