Job Summary
Ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors while performing comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments. Initiate plans of care as needed and supervise resident care, developing assignments in coordination with care partners to maintain accountability for resident satisfaction. Incorporate the facility's "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care" into daily practice. Day shifts run 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM, with evening shifts from 3:45 PM to 11:15 PM. Pay ranges from $42.50 to $54.37 per hour based on experience. Current RN licensure and CPR certification are required, with senior care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
