Job Summary
Ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in daily life rhythms. Perform comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments, then initiate plans of care as needed. Supervise resident care while developing assignments in coordination with care partners to keep each team member accountable for resident satisfaction. This role applies the facility's "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care" within a Skilled Nursing Facility recognized as a Best Nursing Home. Day shifts run from 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM, and evening shifts from 3:45 PM to 11:15 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state for which applying
- Current CPR certification
Desired Qualifications
- Prior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute care preferred
